Conditions for Burial and Erection of Monuments

Grave Spaces

Headstone    

Height not in excess of 33" (84cm)

Kerbstones    

Not permitted

Inscription    

Wording/design to be approved by the Clerk to the Council

Surface        

Within 12 months the surface must returned to its original state. i.e flat and in a condition ready to be mown

Vases          

To be placed in or on the base of the headstone

Cremation Spaces

Headstone

Maximum 40cm wide x 55cm high
